Responsibilities:
•Maintain records of all sales leads a customer accounts.
•Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
•Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
•Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
•Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
•Researching prospects and generating leads.
•Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
•Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
•Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
•Analyzes reports and customer surveys; prepares budgets and forecasts for the coming year or quarter, and determines the prices of products sold.
Qualifications:
•Candidate must possess excellent verbal English (Arabic is a plus), and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in MS Excel and MS Word.
•Good communication in negotiation.
•Should be very actively approach in sale, must do multi-tasking job. Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
•HORECA background is a plus, at least 3-5 year’s work experience.
•Manufacture enterprise working experience is a plus.
