1. Check Autoline backup, replace the backup tape and maintain backup log.
2. Check End of Day spooler for file size.
3. Check End of Day errors and rectify.
4. Responsible for Autoline Helpdesk support.
5. Develop reports as required by user or management for all modules of DMS requested.
6. Responsible for providing data in excel and data rectifying as and when requested.
7. Responsible for DMS Administrating including creating users, granting permissions, performing terminal setup and maintaining DMS IT documentations.
8. Providing Monthly status reports to Group IT Manager.
9. Updates for any additional produ in Autoline.
10. Plan and co-ordinate with Vendo Officers on any upgrad requirements on Autoline systems.
11. Planning and Implementation of projects for new features on Autoline
