Job Description:
As a Game Presenter, you will broadcast live games, interact and entertain players through live chat, ensuring a pleasant gaming experience while addressing their questions and maintaining a professional demeanor
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a presentable appearance.
Responsibilities:
•Present live online casino games on a camera.
•Engage and entertain players through live chat.
•Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience and a pleasant atmosphere at the table.
•Answer player questions and assist if needed.
•Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
•Follow company policies and the game rules.
•Report any technical issues to the Shift Managers or Team Managers.
•Participate in training sessions and 1:1 meeting with the direct manager.
•Handle player complaints and escalate when necessary.
•Promote new games and features for players.
•Adhere to the company's dress code and appearance standards.
•Shuffle and manage cards according to procedures.
•Assist with special events and promotions if any.
