You will be responsible for selling the full Customer Experience Services portfolio to major enterprise and public-sector accounts. The role involves working closely with channel partners to lead account development, increase Cisco’s turnover, and enhance customer success. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and technical solutions, turning strategic plans into signed contracts. Based in Muscat, this position requires regular travel to Pakistan to meet with customers and internal teams, ensuring Cisco’s value-driven image is maintained across the region while achieving ambitious growth and profitability targets.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in value-based sales within the ICT sector. Strong understanding of service, consulting, and advisory sales. Proven experience in both direct and indirect selling to strateg accounts. Experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts or projects is highly preferred. Good understanding of regional procurement processes and buying cycles. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (specifically Pakistan). Self-starter with a "strong closer" personality and multitasking abilities.
