Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing Events Factory clients. The Account Manager will work closely with the team to conceptualize, manage and run events for our respective clients effectively and efficiently. This requires the successful candidate to have a high level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. It is integral that the candidate nurtures our client relationships and that they possess the communication skills to liaise with numerous stakeholders.


Candidate Requirements

The role includes:
- Develop and understand our clients’ needs in order to define overall event strategies, define and achieve goals, themes, and execute the event
- Meet and liaise with the clients to create timely and effective events
- Nurture leads, increase engagement, conversion rates, and contribute to Events factory strategic growth
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing collaterals according to the client requirements
- Contractual management, negotiate terms and agreements
- Create and monitor budgets, invoices and supplier costs
- Complete additional ad hoc reporting as required
- Liaise with the Account Director to assess and evaluate costs
- Develop a database of key stakeholders and third party suppliers
- Manage and liaise with third-party providers
- Facilitating and managing events on ground and where required, the onsite team at each event including briefing and on-ground management
