Account Manager overview:
Pre-Onboarding:
Schedule introductory meetings with new HNWl clients to understand their needs, expectations, and risk tolerance.
Gather and verify client information for account setup.
Onboarding Process:
Guide clients through the TXP platform signup and account creation process.
Provide clear explanations and answer questions regarding platform functionalities and benefits they get.
Assist with initial setup of TXP services (e.g., payment methods, concierge requests).
Proactively identify and address any onboarding challenges.
Post-Onboarding Support:
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for ongoing client support and inquiries.
Offer ongoing education and training on TXP platform features.
Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest relevant TXP services or concierge requests.
Concierge Services:
Function as a concierge liaison, fulfilling client requests for various premium services (e.g., restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, event tickets). - not priority to start with
Negotiate on client's behalf to secure exclusive benefits or preferred pricing. not priority to start with
Maintain a network of preferred vendors and service providers to fulfill diverse client requests. not priority to start with
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWl clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide personalized service.
Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for additional TXP services.
Collect client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of the onboarding process and concierge services.
Qualifications-
2 years experience in high end fintech support and relationship management
Experience in using various CRM and customer support tools
Must be excellent in English communications skills
passionate about fintech and keeps up to date in new and emerging tech in the industry
Excellent in relationship management
