-Handling Petty Cash
-Preparing Journal Entries
-VAT Filing
-Knowledgeable with Focus Accounting Software
-Processing Payments thru TT, Cheques or LC
-Vendor, Customer and Intercompany Account Reconciliation
-Good Experience with Focus Accounting Software
-Hedging
-P&L reports for Management
-Daily Cash Report
-Bank Reconciliation
-Preparation of Sales Invoices as per contracts
-Booking Receipts and Payment Vouhers
-Allocating Expenses per Cargo (i.e. Rentals, Freight, -Bunker)
-Booking Amortizati
-Other reports needed by management
-Work Experience with Oil and Gas Company is preferred.
