•Handle petty cash of the company and make all entries in quick book
•Maintain Ledgers of Accounts Receiveable and Accounts Payable
•Prepare Salary Sheet and disburse Payments as per WPS
•Prepare Purchase Orders and Put Goods Receipt Note in Quick Book
•Get Material Closing from Supervisor and evaluate the discrepancies if any
•Follow up to the Customers for Payment Recovery
•Make Bank Reconciliation Statement as well as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
•Prepare and maintain invoices for VAT filing
•Prepare Cheques and Disburse payment to the Suppliers
