This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Elevate Capital: Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The Accountant will also work closely with other members of the team to help improve the company's financial performance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Experience with financial analysis and reporting
Expertise in using accounting software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Fresher can apply (at least 1 year experience / Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Filipino nationality is a plus
