Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payab, and reconciliations.
- Utilize Suntech software for efficient inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the gold jewellery or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Suntech software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
- Familiarity with inventory management for high-value items.
