Accountant Sales
Accountant Sales will work as an individual for accounting requirements of the business and as part of the team to maximize sales and provide customers with complete service in sh . He will ensure that his department is presented for sales & store operations according to the company standards and complete the duty of accounting principles are required as accountant.
• Must have previous work experience in the accounting field with such systems as POS, RetailMan etc.
• Experience or background in the retail business is preferred
• Experience in sales (indo highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Fluent in English and exceptional business writing skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
• Involving social media activities, responding customer requirements on business profiles and following instructions given by Manag regarding social media posts and contents
• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
• Managing inventory & Purchase recording
• Knowledge of impo processes is preferred
• Undertaking data entry clerical tasks such as typing, filing, handling mail.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits, preparing employees payroll, VAT Act etc.
• Involve with store operation such as sales, visual merchandising, customer service, billing etc.
• Liaise with clients (individuals or business) and provide financial information and advice
• Good communication skills with customers and attitude of customer care is a must.
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, wrapping, packing, lifting and demonstrating the products
