Job Description

Title: Accounting and Administration Manager
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Key Responsibiliti

Accounting:
•Coordinate with Client(s) on weekly and monthly invoices and check for errors and follow up on the corrections.
•Coordinate with internal team members for delivery assignments, attendance and route assignment.
•Maintain P&L on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and provide a consolidated monthly closing and P&L report to management team.
•Review all the bills and their due date and ensure timely payments are made.
•Create invoices and issues to Client(s) and 3rd parties and ensure its timely receiving.
•Receive invoices from 3rd parties and review for correction and ensure timely payments.
•Create accounting templates for accounts consolidation and refine existing templates.
Administration:
Ensure all daily requirements in timely manner that include prioritizing emails, diary management, scheduling appointments or meetings, other general and official correspondence etc Generate, consolidate, and summarize miscellaneous reports and doents that includes following up information requested from the respective department heads / teams.
Organize and arrange team workshops, team building activities for the Department.
Organize, arrange, and prepare doents for meetings and presentations (both internal & external) in order to ensure the achievement of objectives for each meeti in all necessary pre & post meeting action is completed.
Handle all internal and external communication to internal teams including specified external business partner(s) and Client(s)
Handle business enquiries and complaints, coordinate with the concerned departments and ensure all complaints and issues are resolved and handled in a professional manner.
Manage and organize meetings and ensure attendance, actions list, follow ups records and minutes of the meetings are doented and well maintained
Work towards enhancement of systems, procedures and policies in collaboration with team members and management team in order to ensure continuous development of processes, data accuracy, internal controls and protection of organization’s interest.
Provide administrative support to the team through inventory management of office supplies and replenishment, filing (hard and soft), procurement, internal mails, courier and liaise with facilities management for smooth running of the department.
Attendance Management and Office Maintenance as needed.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
•Bachelors’ degree in business Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration or any related discipline is preferred.
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role working in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
•Ability to multitask.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Do and Cloud Sharing.
