We are looking for an Female Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment. Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus. Analyse different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
Accountant responsibilities also include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
