We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounting Executive at Perfect L.L.C, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and support their professional development.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Executive or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
