Supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities. responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
Supervise a team of Accountants
Searching, negotiate and Communicate with all the associations' accounting vendors
Reviewing the Monthly financial reports for all associations
Conduct profit and cost analyses
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
