El Qalaa El Hamraa is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, supervise monthly and annual financial closing, prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and VAT requirements, support budgeting and financial planning, coordinate with external auditors, and lead the accounting team to achieve organizational objectives.

a. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
b. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA certification is preferred.
c. 8–10 years of accounting experience.
d. 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
e. Strong experience preparing financial reports according to IFRS.
f. Knowledge of UAE regulations and VAT.
g. Experience in the commercial or industrial sector is preferred.
h. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
i. Must currently reside in the UAE with a valid visa.
j. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
