HR Dynamics is hiring an Accounts Lead for a long-term opportunity in the UAE. The selected candidate will lead finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, tax compliance, internal audits, financial controls, and ERP-based financial processes.

a. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
b. Professional certification preferred: ACCA / CA / CPA / CIMA.
c. 8–10 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
d. Minimum 4–5 years in a Lead or Managerial role.
e. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow, treasury, tax compliance, internal audit, and financial controls.
f. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero, or equivalent.
g. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
