Position: Accoun Executive
Location: United Arab Emirates.
Qualification: Bachel Degree
Languages: English & Hindi must.
Years of Experience Required in the Field: 1-2 yrs
Profile:
• Preparing and reviewing payments to vendo providers.
• Posting of receivables accurately & reconciled debtor’s ledgers.
• Excellent knowledge of VAT especially in designated zone, treatment & filing.
• Preparing and reviewing the payroll.
• Posting of purchase / expenses invoice in ERP.
• Ensuring that relevant operating and financial information is prepared in detail
and discussed with the supervisor for management reporting.
• Constantly monitoring and maintaining the book of accounts , sub ledger)
• Scrutinizing and preparing schedules for line review.
• Ensuring that the transactions are processed accurately on a regular basis.
• Analyzing and comparing with previous data and ensure proper justification of any
additional expense.
• Ensuring timely submission of data to company intern orders auditors.
• Preparing and reviewing the expense budget for Office and monitor the actual
expenses on a monthly basis against the budgeted expense.
• Interacting with and providing an assistance to intern auditors to
facilitate completion of audits.
• Other work assign by supervisor
• Preparing Invoices & DOs and managing store required documents
• Preparation of daily stock statement.
• Daily system entry for issue of inventory of to production department
• Entry for Returns of from stores.
• Receipt entry for FG from Production and Making sure the same Is correct.
• Physical stock verification needs to do every month
• Preparing DO and Invoices to customer understanding the customs and VAT
requirement.
