Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration professional at Katalyst Incorporation in Dubai. The Administration professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product procurement, product designing on Adobe Photoshop Basic, organizing doents and account entry, handling administrative requests, and maintaining information confidentiality. The Administration professional will also be responsible for facilitating communication between departments and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in Product Knowledge, Product Procurement, and Product Design.
Ability to handle administrative requests and maintain information confidentiality
Proven experience in facilitating communication between departments
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Arabic & French)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant software
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
