Responsibilities:
•Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
•Arrange and manage travel itineraries.
•Handle correspondence, including emails and calls.
•Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•Assist with special projects and event coordination.
•Ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
•Oversee day-to-day office management, including HR, procurement, and contract management.
•Handle sensitive doents such as contracts, financial records, and strategic plans.
•Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
•Basic accounting knowledge.
•Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
•Eager to learn, people-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
