Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at FGI in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, mainly in the food & beverage department. The Administrative Assistant will be working closely with the sales team and management and is responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication within the team, filing, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing strong clerical skills to ensure efficient office operations.
Note: This is as office administrative support job offer and does not require advance studies or experience. If you have such experience, it is great but if you feel you are over qualified for the job, please do not apply as it will not add to the offer.
Qualifications:
Administrative skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - writing and speaking
Experience in administrative job is a plus point.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of office software and basic IT skills - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) is a must.
Creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, etc)
