We are seeking a professional and efficient Administratin Executive with at least 1 year of UAE experience working in a restaurant environment. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of restaurant operations, administrative processes, and doentation within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the restaurant’s head office and operations team.
Handle correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare internal doents and reports.
Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and communications for the management team.
Maintain staff records, assist with doentation for new hires, and track attendance and leaves.
Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and supplier coordination.
Manage and organize licenses, contracts, and renewals related to restaurant operations.
Liaise with kitchen, front-of-house, and logistics teams to support smooth business operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience working in a restaurant office or administrative role (applications without relevant restaurant experience will not be considered).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and restaurant operational doentation.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Preferred:
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and back-office tools.
Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP doentation.
