We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
-Maintain physical and digital filing systems
-Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
-Welcome guests and direct them appropriately
-Perform basic office tasks like scanning, photocopying, filing, and data entry
-Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers
-Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
-Support the management and other staff with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or similar role
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
