Job Description

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.

Dealing with email inquiries both internal and business related matters.

Taking minutes and other company documentation.

Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)

General office management such as ordering stationary

Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.

Arranging both internal and external events.

Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.

Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.


Candidate Requirements

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (preferred)

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

· Qualifications in secretarial studies and familiarity with marketing will be an advantage

· B in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
