Job Description:
Provide administrative support: Assist in daily office tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, answering calls, and responding to emails.Doent management: Maintain and organize records, files, and doents, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage systems.Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and other doents as needed.Calendar management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives and team members, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Data entry: Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Travel arrangements: Assist with making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff members.Office supplies and inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary, and keeping track of inventory levels.Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, teams, and external parties, relaying important information and messages.Filing and record keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
