Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic UG–PG Admission Counsellor to handle student inquiries, provide career guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a counselling mindset, and the ability to guide students toward suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries and leads generated through various onli sources.
Provide career guidance and academic counselling to students and parents for UG & PG courses.
Understand student needs, qualifications, and preferences to suggest the best-fit programs.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up and communication.
Conduct online counselling sessions, telephonic discussions, and virtual meetings.
Maintain and update student information in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment and doentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Stay updated about course details, university tie-ups, and admission policies.
