Provide accurate flight information, directions, and guidance to passengers.
Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with boarding, ticketing, and luggage handling as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all airport security, safety, and service protocols.
Support the team with other airport customer service-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Team player, punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
