Job Description

AML COMPLAIN INSPECTOR: Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct on-site and off-site inspections of the licensees. Prepare yearly inspection plan using a risk-based approach. Manage all inspection related tasks such as sending out inspection
notification emails and communications, prepare a list of initial requirements,
prepare and finalize field visit questionnaires, prepare assessment review
reports, prepare and finalize inspection scorecards, checklist and forms. Ensure the licensees' authorized signatory and the lead inspector has signed
the final inspection report. Periodically prepare relevant statistics and metrics, which will be reported on
a quarterly basis to the Management. Handle the relevant data collected during the inspection with confidentialityReview the declaration of Ultimate beneficial owner. Perform Customer due diligence, Enhance Due Diligence, Know Your
Customer and review related doents. Review the screening alert and monitor the licensee. Review the Licensee risk assessment. Review Economic Substances Regulation notifications and reports. Any new assignments from the line manager in accordance with work
developments.


Candidate Requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Law, International
Relations, Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance Professional certification in any of the A Sanctions Compliance
disciplines: CAMS, CGSS, CFE, ICA
