Job Responsibility
Keep up to date with secondary market properties
Generate new leads / referrals through networking, social media, business presentations, advertisements
Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Create and maintain a li of prospect clients
Work with sales team to close sales
Qualifications
Atleast 2 years of experience in real estate
Must be in good understanding with real estate market
Well organized and presentable at all times
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Pleasant, trustworthy and positive thinker
Have driving license and own car
2 years Real Estate Agent Experience
Driver's License
