We are seeking a proactive and experienced Arbitration Lawyer having a legal qualification from India & a background with the conduct of arbitration proceedings in the middle east to join our team in Dubai, UAE, on a commission-only basis.
As an Arbitration Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients in arbitration cases. This role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to build their own client base and earn commissions based on successful case outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Independently identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for arbitration cases, focusing on building relationships with local businesses and individuals in Dubai and the wider UAE region.
*Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in arbitration proceedings, ensuring that their interests are represented and protected throughout the dispute resolution process.
*Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of individual clients, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
*Conduct comprehensive case assessments, legal research, and analysis to support clients' positions and arguments in arbitration hearings.
*Prepare and review legal doents, including arbitration agreements, pleadings, briefs, and other relevant materials, in collaboration with clients and internal team.
*Stay updated on developments in arbitration law and practice, both locally and internationally, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of legal services provided to clients.
Requirements:
*Qualified lawyer with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
*Licensed to practice law with a valid practicing certificate.
*Proven experience in handling arbitration cases, with a track record of success in representing clients in diverse legal matters.
*Strong understanding of arbitration laws, rules, and procedures, with the ability to apply legal principles effectively in practice.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish credibility as a trusted legal advisor.
*Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to client acquisition and business development.
*Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary, offering competitive commissions based on successful case outcomes.
