- Strong in detail design and initial stages of the projects
- Manage the requirements of the drawings on authority submission and project delivery.
- Produce architectur drawings, and coordinate with structure and MEP drawings
- Prepare sample boards for the client’s approval.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essential.
- Outstanding skills in project planning, highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, quality and time focused
- Preferred Filipino Only
- Excellence Experience to prepare the working drawings, detail design and tender drawings
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in UAE
- Fluent in English
