The key responsibilities are:
Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches,
Space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards.
Prepare the material list, BOQ, and Quotations to the client
Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project si and present necessary reports.
Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects.
Can handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits.
Prepare material submittals to client presentation and maintain records of approval and changes requested.
Should have 2-3 years of experience in UAE.
Salary shall be depend upon the experience and expertise.
Must have hand on experience on Revit, Sketchup, lumion , 3D & AutoCAD.
