Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Create 2D & 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress follow-ups.
Prepare BOQs, presentations, and technical doentation.
Ensure all designs follow local regulations and company standards.

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design trends
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication and presentation skills
UAE experience (advantage)
Fit-out, residential, or commercial project exposure
