We are looking for civil architectural draftsman
Responsibilities:
Drawing Creation:
Develop detailed and precise architectural drawings based on project concepts, sketches, and design specifications.
Create drawings for various architectural elements, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Collaboration with Design Team:
Work closely with architects and other design team members to understand project requirements and design intent.
Incorporate design changes and modifications into drawings as directed by the design team.
Material and Finish Specifications:
Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods in drawings, ensuring alignment with design requirements.
Collaborate with architects to select appropriate materials for aesthetic and functional purposes.
Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design standards in all drafted doents.
Review drawings for errors and inconsistencies before finalizing.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural details seamlessly into the overall project design.
Attend project meetings to provide insights and updates on architectural drawings.
As-Built Drawings:
Develop accurate as-built drawings to reflect changes made during the construction or modification phases of projects.
Update doentation to ensure alignment with the final constructed structure.
