•Manage and supervise project execution on-site•Review and coordinate shop drawings•Prepare and review payment certificates linked to progress•Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ analysis•Prepare professional technical and progress reports•Review contracts and manage contractual obligations•Handle variation orders (VO) and assess impact•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and management•Review submittals and material approvals•Monitor schedules and analyze delays•Manage snagging and handover processes
