Opportunity for Freshers in UAE, for an Assistant,
Must be a female bilingual (English and Tagalog). Must be available in Dubai to join immediately.
Purpose of the Job:
The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the team and the organization. The Assistant will facilitate communication, assist with project management, and support daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, including managing calendars.
Support team members with project coordination and doentation.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Specifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
Technical Qualification: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
