Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Thabt in Kuwait City. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in daily operations, managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves implementing sales strategies and maintaining branch profitability.

Qualifications:
Arabic speaking
30-40 years old
3-5 years experience
Male
Management, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in the automotive industry or retail management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
