The selected candidate will manage and coordinate multi-division business operations, oversee retail, wholesale, distribution, and restaurant operations, monitor sales, profitability, expenses, inventory, supply chain, and KPIs, support strategic planning and budgeting, lead department heads and operational teams, and drive process improvements, compliance, and operational excellence.

a. MBA in Operations, Finance, or IT Management is mandatory.
b. Minimum 15 years of GCC experience.
c. Strong experience in multi-outlet and multi-division operations.
d. Experience in at least two of the following: retail, wholesale, distribution, or restaurant operations.
e. Strong leadership, reporting, financial analysis, and coordination skills.
f. Sponsorship change is mandatory.
