We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support our HR department in managing all aspects of human resources functions. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager with employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the HR Manager with employee relations, including handling employee complaints and resolving conflicts
Help manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Assist with performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement
Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
