IKSHANAA HOME HEALTH CARE
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, growth monitoring, clinical evaluation, medication administration, and doentation.
Support post-NICU discharge babies with feeding, developmental care, jaundice monitoring, suctioning, oxygen support, tube care, and emergency readiness.
Assist adult patients with chronic condition management, wound care, catheter care, mobility support, and rehabilitation.
Provide family education on newborn care, lactation support, safe sleep, feeding schedules, and developmental milestones.
Diploma of Science in Nursing
Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter required.
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in hospitals or home health care.
Experience in Neonatal ICU (NICU) or Pediatric Nursing is a strong advantage.
