We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on acquiring new business leads and fostering long-term relationships with clients, specifically in the area of business bank accounts.
Job Description:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with potential clients to promote and secure business banking solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of banking products, and a keen ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads for business bank accounts through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and other marketing initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Engage with business owners, CFOs, and other key decision-makers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Development: Present and promote business banking products and services, including current accounts, savings accounts, business loans, and other financial products to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the business banking sector to provide clients with informed advice.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to assess their business needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Follow-ups and Reporting: Track all client interactions and sales progress. Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead generation, conversion, and client feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to tailor services and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Customer Retention: Ensure that new clients are onboarded smoothly and receive exceptional ongoing service to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: No barriers, but fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is preferred.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.. Prior experience in a consultancy or financial services firm is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of business banking products (business accounts, loans, payment solutions) and services.
- Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales conversion, and account management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and explain banking products in a clear and compelling manner.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer solutions in a consultative and efficient manner.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets and achieve goals.
