We are looking for an Audio-Visual-Light Technician to set up and operate media equipment for live events. You will organize, install, and operate media equipment such as projectors, microphones, video monitors, soundboards, lighting setups, and other AVL equipment as needed. You may also be required to alter the venue layout to enhance acoustics.
To ensure success in this position, you should have general knowledge of audio and video equipment, lighting and filming techniques, excellent troubleshooting skills, and ultimately, a can-do trait to learn to create superb audio, visual, and lighting effects to enhance any live experience.

We will only accommodate Applicants who are available locally in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with Event Teams to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements.
2. Altering venue arrangements according to layout diagrams.
3. Laying electrical and sound cables.
4. Setting up and installing microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras.
5. Disassembling audio, visual, and lighting equipment and packing up after the event.
6. Prepping equipment for a project at the Company's warehouse facilities.
7. Assist in loading and unloading equipment.
8. Assume additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
1. 2 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
2. Notable knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
3. Technical understanding of desktop computer systems as an asset.
4. Knowledge of modern filming and sound mixing techniques.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
6. A keen eye for detail.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. High level of physical fitness, able to kneel and work at height, and lift a load of 25kg.
9. Can communicate well in English.
