Job Title: Audit Assistant

Company Overview:
A well-established audit and advisory firm in Dubai is looking to hire a skilled Audit Assistant to support its growing audit team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in audit procedures, financial reporting, and a strong understanding of UAE compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing audit assignments for clients across various industries
Perform financial and operational audits to evaluate internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting
Review and verify financial records, statements, and reports
Prepare audit working papers and doentation in accordance with professional standards
Support in drafting audit reports and presenting findings to senior auditors or clients
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assignments
Keep updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards, as well as UAE regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm in the UAE or GCC is Mandatory
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulatory compliance
Proficient in MS Office and accounti software (such as CaseWare or similar)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
Part or full qualification in CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
Experience with clients in diverse industries (real estate, trading, manufacturing, etc.)
