Job Description:
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented draftsman to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create precise technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Responsibilities:
Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems.
Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Communicate with architects and engineers, incorporating their feedback into drawings.
Prepare, review, and redraft alongside the engineering team.
Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
Identify and communicate potential design problems to the team.
Requirements:
2-6 years experience
Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong mathematical and technical skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Positive attitude and ability to respond well to feedback.
