Use drafting software to create drawings of residential, commercial, or industrial structures
Presenting various design perspectives for fabrication and installation improvements
Review project specifications and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses
Utilize historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate cost estimations
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings
Work closely with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials
Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead
Clearly communicate assumptions, exclusions, and any special considerations that may impact the estimate
Bachelor's degr preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in the same field.
Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
Leadership skills, like motivation, goal-setting and monitoring progress
Comfortable in a high-pressure environment.
