Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automobile Service Sales Field Force representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive services to businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Customer Engagement:
oDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve B2B sales targets.
oUtilize various customer sales methods (e.g., door-to-door, cold calling, presentations) to reach potential business clients.
oDemonstrate automotive services and features to business clients.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the sales territory.
2.Market Research and Analysis:
oConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
oStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.
3.Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
oPrepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the sales management team.
oMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4.Customer Service and Support:
oProvide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
oCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Qualifications:
•Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
•Strong understanding of automotive products and the automotive market.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to travel within the sales territory as needed.
•Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
•Must have own visa and own car
