-Approaches, greets and helps or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
-Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggests alternative vehicles if necessary.
Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
-Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
-Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins.
-Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience*
-Able to deal effectively, openly and positively*
-Good communication skills (both written and verbal)*
-Must have a good command of the English Language and Arabic is preferable*
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative* Self-motivated, reliable and confident*
-Positive attitude and ability to work well with others* Competent to analyze the market situation, identify customer needs*
-Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress*
-Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written*
-Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process
