Job Description and Brief Overview of the Job Role:
We are looking to hire an experienced, proactive, and results-orientated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, technology, and the automotive services sector, and will play a key role in expanding our B2B partnerships and vendor network across Kuwait.
Key responsibilities
Business Growth & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients across the automotive industry — including insurance companies, agencies, fleets and banks — to grow B2B packa sales.
Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, emails, networking, and social channels to create consistent new business opportunities.
Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of the Sparts platform, showcasing capabilities, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous engagement (account management) .
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, negotiate terms, close deals, sign contracts, and onboard new vendors and service providers to achieve revenue goals.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales initiatives, fulfill purchase orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, assess competition, and gather feedback for improving sales tactics, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use CRM tools to track the sales pipeline, monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales process to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive effort, persistence, and performance-driven mindset.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in outdoor or field sales, preferably within software, tech, or automotive sectors.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, ERP, and modern sales tools.
Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Expertise in negotiation, with a track record of closing complex B2B deals, vendor onboarding, and account management.
Knowledge: Understanding of the automotive market is a plus (willingness to learn is essential). Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, with the ability to tailor strategies for different audiences.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Problem Solver: Consultative sales approach, focused on customer needs and tailored solutions. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and feedback to make informed decisions.
Valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License and ability to travel to clients across Kuwait.

Job Details
This is a full-time role.
This role will be on-site and remote. You will be required to visit the office some days, however the job will entail being out of site for the sales role.
Our office is located in Kuwait City.
