Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of treats including brownies, cookies, and cakes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Receive and manage orders through various delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, Rafeeq, etc. Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor stock levels, track product expiry dates, and maintain adequate inventory of baking ingredients and finished products.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, liaise with delivery partners, and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
• Conduct regular quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet our standards of freshness, taste, and appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Have knowledge of gluten-free and vegetarian recipes.
Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is preferred (at least 1 year experience)
• Familiarity with baking techniques, equipment, and recipes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using delivery platforms and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations in Qatar.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
