We have a job opening for a skilled Baker / Cake decorator to design and decorate cakes according to customers specifications and preferences.
Baker Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Creating and decorating baked goods ( cupcakes, cookies, pastries and pies ) and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Develop new recipes for seasonal menus.
- Create , Design and Decorate custom cakes.
- Have knowledge to work with fondant , icings , colors and modeling chocolate.
2-3 years of experience as a baker, pastry chef , cake decorator or similar role.
Familiarity with all the professional kitchen equipment for baking, including mixers, blenders etc
Understanding food safety practices and also ensuring food quality.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Creative in their baking, professional in service and committed to work attitude.
